All payment is in USD and taken upfront unless we’ve agreed on a payment plan.

Prices are subject to change depending on complexity and time required.

I retain full rights to the artwork and animation unless a contract for commercial rights is agreed upon.

Commissioners may use the final piece for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., icons, headers, reposting with credit).

For commercial use (monetized videos, advertising, merch, etc.), you must request and pay for commercial rights.

Each commission includes 1 major and 1 minor revision. Additional changes beyond this will be subject to an extra fee ($5+ depending on complexity).

Major revisions must be requested during the sketch, storyboard, or rough animation stage. Minor adjustments (like colors or timing) are okay later on.

For cheaper or small-scale commissions, I may limit revision requests further to protect time and workflow.

Excessive edits (3–5+ total) may be declined or charged additional fees. I do not accept commissions where edits are expected at this degree.

I will keep you updated through the commission process. Feel free to check in respectfully!

If I don’t hear back from you within 14 days of an update or question, I may pause your commission or move forward at my own discretion.

I will notify you if delays happen on my end — I appreciate your patience!

If you have a specific deadline, please mention it before payment.

I do not offer guaranteed rush orders unless agreed to ahead of time. A rush fee may apply depending on the project.

Full refunds are only available if I haven’t started the piece.

Partial refunds may be given depending on how much work has been completed.

No refunds will be given after the final piece is finished and delivered.

If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund.
